Lake West Office
Lakewood Earlier this year, we were able to add some new properties to the At Home brand, our Lake West portfolio! This portfolio consists of Metric Apartments, Lakewood Isles, Lake West on France, Greenway Commons, and Lynn Apartments. Because of this merger, we had to accommodate the largest leasing office that AHA has, by renovating their office and combining them with our Uptown properties. Fernbrook Townhomes
Fernbrook Townhomes, located in Plymouth, MN got a brand new refresh! This new siding creates a more modern, clean look for these homes. The versatility of a split-entry home helps to create an open feel in our spacious three-bedroom/two-bathroom designs.
Jade Lane Estates
Jade Lane Estates over in Eagan, MN has been hard at work chipping away at unit renovations, along with hallway refreshes! The units are getting upgrades such as new appliances, new flooring, and updated closet doors, giving the property a modern new feel.
