  • PT/FT Leasing Specialist – Twin Cities Metro Area

    Are you looking for a career path that offers flexibility, the opportunity to engage with new people, and a fun atmosphere? If so, this might be the fit for you! The Leasing Specialist is responsible for effectively marketing and renting apartments while nurturing relationships with prospective and current residents. As the first point of contact for prospects and residents, this role is focused on providing exceptional customer care and goal resolution. The successful candidate must possess a passion for working with people and an outgoing personality.
  • Maintenance Technician – Twin Cities Metro Area

    We are looking for full-time Maintenance Technicians for our various rental apartment buildings and townhouse communities throughout the Twin Cities area. Techs perform various maintenance duties that include but are not limited to: painting, cleaning, demolition, basic plumbing, HVAC, flooring, landscaping, carpentry, basic electrical, and locksmithing.
  • PT Leasing Specialist – Minnetonka

    Our Chasewood Gates & The Chase at Nine Mile Creek Apartments in Minnetonka are communities that feel more like estates than apartments. Here we are looking for a Leasing Specialist that will be responsible for effectively marketing and renting apartments while nurturing relationships with our prospective and current residents.
  • FT Assistant Property Manager – Woodbury

    Woodlane Place Townhomes is a 30-acre rental community in Woodbury. We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist the Property Manager in evaluating and maintaining overall property operations. This role is also the first point of contact for any questions or concerns prospective or current residents might have.
