At Home Apartments requires both pet deposits and a monthly fee. Here’s why:

The pet deposit helps us cover the cost of any cleaning and repairs that may be necessary after you move out. We sure love our pets, but sometimes, they don’t always behave.

The monthly pet rent helps us maintain our pet-friendly amenities and services. So that we can stay pet-friendly!
