The Preserve at Stone Gate:
Breaking ground in March 2023, The Preserve at Stone Gate has already begun welcoming its first residents. Nestled in Saint Cloud, this new townhome development is unfolding in phases, with the first 36 homes slated for completion by March 2024. Boasting crisp white cabinetry, luxurious flooring, open main-floor living, and generously sized bedrooms with upscale ensuites, these homes embody modern comfort and style, marking a new era in sophisticated living.
Rivers Bend Cottage Homes:
Springing to life in March of this year, Rivers Bend Cottage Homes in St. Joseph, MN, opened its doors to welcome residents. Over the course of the year, we’ve witnessed the blossoming of this vibrant community, as the 28-townhome neighborhood transformed into a thriving haven for amazing residents. Rivers Bend Cottage Homes has quickly become a cherished and lively addition to our family of communities, embodying the essence of comfortable and connected living.
The Reserve at Mendota Village Phase II:
An enchanting expansion of its well-established counterpart, the second phase of The Reserve at Mendota Village broke ground in June of 2022, and welcomed its first residents in August 2023! This latest addition to The Reserve offers a wider variety of floor plans and comes with a host of fresh amenities, including indoor pickleball courts, a multi-sport simulator, a games den, and a functional fitness room.
NOTABLE RENOVATIONS
This year, we had some transformative renovations that reshaped our spaces and enriched the AtHome Apartments experience.
Lakewood Isles:
Turning a new leaf, Lakewood Isles, joined by its neighboring sister properties—Lake West on France, Greenway Commons, and Metric Apartments—welcomed a state-of-the-art fitness floor to elevate their amenity offerings. Out with the old, and in with the new, this transformative upgrade adds a dynamic and invigorating dimension to the resident experience, emphasizing our commitment to providing top-notch facilities for healthier and happier communities.
Jade Lane Estates:
Following 2023’s hottest sports trend, Jade Lane has raised the bar for resident recreation by installing a sleek, brand-new outdoor pickleball court. This exciting addition caters to the growing popularity of pickleball, ensuring that our residents can enjoy the latest sporting craze right at their doorstep.
Grand Heritage:
Preserving the timeless charm of Grand Heritage’s beautiful historic homes, we worked on thoughtful updates to enhance their allure. While maintaining the essence of their rich history, kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms underwent careful renovations throughout the year. The result? A harmonious blend of old-world charm and modern freshness ensuring these historic homes continue to stand as timeless gems along the charming Grand Avenue of Saint Paul.

View Pointe Apartments got a facelift! We spruced up the outside with a fresh coat of paint, giving the whole place a more modern and inviting vibe.

Fall Employee Appreciation Events:
This year’s fall employee appreciation events were of great variety and tons of fun! Each AHA employee had the chance to pick an experience, from cheering for the Twins at Target Field to showcasing their golf skills at TopGolf. For those seeking a different kind of thrill, our team also had a blast getting their game on at WhirlyBall. These events offered delightful experiences that truly celebrated the spirit of our incredible team!
Chili Cook-Off:
Cold November weather called for warm and tasty chili to warm us all up. Our Saint Paul office turned up the heat with a Chili Cook-Off. Eight employees showed off their culinary skills by bringing in their best chili recipes. After delightful taste-testing, the votes were tallied and the trophy for the ultimate chili went to our Saint Paul Leasing & Office Coordinator, Kelsey Heib! Her chili was the undisputed champion, warming hearts and taste buds alike.
Saint Paul Ping Pong Tournament:
A little friendly competition goes a long way! Throughout the month of September our Saint Paul team worked their way through a bracket of ping pong matchups. After a series of competitive ping pong battles, our Saint Paul Leasing Specialist, Jake Venberg was crowned victorious!
AHA First-Ever Holiday Spirit Week:
Our first-ever holiday spirit week was festive and packed with lots of merriment and joy! From a delightful cookie exchange to spirited reindeer games, and a ‘Gnome At Home’ photo contest, every day brought a new wave of holiday cheer. The pinnacle of our celebrations was a company-wide open house that transformed The Reserve at Mendota Village Phase II community space into a winter party scene. It was a week filled with laughter, camaraderie, and the infectious spirit of the holidays.
