Maintenance Technicians perform various maintenance duties to maintain and enhance properties for the benefit of residents and building owners. Maintenance duties include but are not limited to: painting, cleaning, demolition, basic plumbing, HVAC, flooring, landscaping, carpentry, basic electrical, and locksmithing.
