The first apartments we owned, this quaint pair of buildings sits atop a ridge between Summit and Grand Avenues at Hamline. Convenient to many shops and restaurants, this location is also within easy reach of I-94, Ayd Mill Road, and has a bus stop right out the front door. We have carefully restored original architectural details including hardwood floors, mosaic flooring, marble stairways, and historic light fixtures.
