Step 1: Find an apartment. |
You can use our website to learn about the regions, cities, neighborhoods, and buildings we offer apartments in. Just select from the pull-down list or choose FIND AN APARTMENT. |

step 2: Contact the rental office. |
Once you know the area you are intersted in, CALL OR EMAIL THE LOCAL RENTAL OFFICE to set up a showing if you'll be in town (or if you know someone in town who can look for you). If you can't make it into town, let our experts help you determine the best apartment for you and download the application from our website. |

Step 3: Apply for the apartment. |
Complete and submit an application to the local rental office for the apartment you've chosen. You can even DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION online and then FAX IT IN. Our application process is usually completed in two business days or less. |

Step 4: Sign the lease agreement. |
Once your application is approved, you can sign the lease and pay the deposit to hold the apartment. If you cannot make it in to the local rental office, we can fax you the lease and you can FAX IT BACK and send in the deposit in the mail. |

Step 5: Move in! |
We have conveniently listed useful resources for you on this website so you can easily prepare for your move (click UTILITIES). Once you arrive in town, we can walk you through the lease in person if you signed it via fax. |
