If you have already found the apartment you like or even if you simply want to show up prepared for a showing appointment, you can conveniently download an application here. Our application process is quick and easy...just follow these steps: |

step 1: Choose your location. |
You will want to indicate which location you are applying for at the top of your application. |

step 2: Download an application. |
Simply download the rental application by clicking the button to the right. (You will need Adobe Acrobat reader to open the .pdf file - click here to get it) |

step 3: Complete the application. |
Print out the application form and fully complete it using legible writing. Incomplete applications cannot be processed so make sure you haven't missed a thing. |

step 4: Submit the application. |
Submit the application to a leasing agent while on a showing or directly to the rental office for the property you are applying for (click to the right for a list of rental offices and our contact information). If you choose to submit your application by fax, please also fax a copy of your application fee payment. Then submit the payment directly to the rental office in person or via mail as quickly as possible. |

step 5: Wait to hear from us. |
Our leasing experts will fully process your application and get back to you in about two business days or less. If your application is approved, we will make arragements with you to sign your lease and move forward. |
